      A possibility to grow in one company, a lot of learning resources. You could to change a project every one or two years and take more responsibility with each following. Get best practices and various technologies.

      Cons

      Company faced issues after exiting from Russia. A lack of experienced employees and projects. Also salary freeze for 2 years. The company has a assesment process, which is required to get next grade. It provides a better visibility of employeers level. But it makes the growth to new grage more complicated than search a new job.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
