Pros

The pay Structure is good. WFH/Hybrid Model allowed for most of the clients. Depends on the Client but mostly tech stack is good.

Cons

All are pros' points above I mentioned is good but games begin when you come to the bench. Short-term project. i.e. 6 months, 1 year, max 1.6yrs not more than that. I didn't like the promotion policy, First, you work hard to impress as a contactor at your client team, and after that, you have to plead Epam Manager to book a slot for an interview(Not easy = System Design+Techinical) to get a promotion, if you failed at interview then wait for 6 months. For more than 1 month if you are on bench, then management will ask you to take a severance package and go home.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
