Pros

- Junior resources can be easily placed in client projects.

Cons

- Hikes or bonuses are only granted if you are billable during the appraisal period; your rating does not matter. - It is challenging for Leads and Solution Architects to secure a project as client demands for such resources are minimal. They often face difficulties while on the bench. - Resources are provided with only two chances for a client interview. If unsuccessful, they are placed in a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for one month, followed by one more interview opportunity. Failing to clear the interview after the PIP results in termination from the organization. - Job security and work-life balance are severely lacking. - There is a disregard for employee aspirations.

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
