Pros

* They have a ton of internal learning resources * The onboarding process is almost self-guided * Big-name company * Good compensations

Cons

* Horrible bosses who think you are a robot and can work extra hours every day * Forget about your PTOs, even if you have planned something in advance and talked to your manager about it when you log the PTO you can get denied and be expected to work * Horrible working culture * Terrible management skills all across the company * In general, try to avoid EPAM, there are better companies out there

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
