      Desarrollo profesional. Hay mucho material para aprender. Procesos buenos. Contracto fijo. Seguro de salud. Fines de semana y festivos libres. Puedes teletrabajar. Equipo de profesionales. Posibilidad cambiar proyectos y equipos SCRUM. Nuevas tecnologías.

      Proceso de revisión de sueldo no está claro. Para recibir bonus tienes que participar en muchas actividades "extra-mile". La mayoría gente es de países eslavos. La prueba para subir tu nivel de puesto es dificil y la preparción tarda mucho tiempo. No equilibrio trabajo-vida. No es horario totalmente flexible, es depende de tu proyecto, si Project Manager o cliente te ponen reuniones no les puedes faltar.

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
