Pros

Friendly, smart and attentive colleagues. Benefits are mostly the same as other companies which are ok (salary is not tho). Some positions are remote!

Cons

At the moment accounts are deciding to stop working with epam therefore difficult to get out of bench if you are there. As ppl posted already, it is kinda difficult to get a raise, this process called assessment is a real pain, its like going through interviews for a diff company but with more locks and it's not clear how much $ you will get in return, therefore it's easier to just look opportunities somewhere else.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

Pros

- A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

Cons

- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
