      Pros

      - Bench - If lucky you might get a project for some big tech client. - Good for junior / mid-level engineers who want to get more hands-on experience working as a contractor for some big tech clients. - Work with qualified and nice people.

      Cons

      - Low base salary. - It's hard to get a raise (the cost of living rises quicker than your compensation). - I'm not completely sure, but there might be too much useless management staff.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
