- Bench
- If lucky you might get a project for some big tech client.
- Good for junior / mid-level engineers who want to get more hands-on experience working as a contractor for some big tech clients.
- Work with qualified and nice people.
Cons
- Low base salary.
- It's hard to get a raise (the cost of living rises quicker than your compensation).
- I'm not completely sure, but there might be too much useless management staff.
