Pros

1. Good Learning Opportunities in different tech stack. 2. Flexible working

Cons

1. Ratio of Management to Employees is very high [ Too many managers associated in a project which adds to the micromanagement in the end] 2. Once you are moved to bench it is very hard to get into a project. Even for Project with 3-4 months duration client expects multiple interviews and to make thing more worst EPAM internally has started to interview candidates for screening which at times is irrelevant 3. No long term projects . Short term projects from 3-4 months to 6 months and in rare cases one can get a project for an year. 4. Once project duration ends employee is back to step 2 and has to go through the same trauma. 5. Lesser Opportunities for Leads as most more than 80 percentage opportunities will be for junior and senior developers 6. Lesser number of sick leaves 7. No project parties , cheaper yearly gifts and zero onsite opportunities 8. Almost Zero Yearly Increments.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
