      - you usually switch projects each year, so you can make a lot of experience with all kinds of systems from different clients; - learning programs and access to online courses such as linkedin learning; - you keep your technical knowledge and interviews experience fresh (for each client you will have technical interviews); - good work-life balance;

      Cons

      - might not be the best place if you stress during each technical interview or while on bench; - might not be the best place if you are looking for stability (projects end and you might switch often);

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
