      No or little number of projects in EPAM Australia People can sit on bench for a couple of months with real risk to be fired Underpaid in comparison to direct hire by a client Restrictions to be hired by a client during 12 months after contract cessation No shares/stocks Rare or no bonus

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
