      Variety of projects, good specialists are working here, cool teams to collaborate with, wide use of gen AI at work

      Cons

      No events, not good salary compensation, huge bench at least for the last 3 years; Assessment process is hard with a lot of bureaucracy, low chance to change your title e.g. from QA to automated QA without rate reduction

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
