Pros

It seems that there are plenty of opportunities in the company. Neat and easy going processes of hiring and staffing.

Cons

Low salary. Not enough to even make ends meet in this location. It's a pity that such a big company has such low salaries. No rise of salary even for promoted folks! For instance they promote you from Junior to Middle but NOT uprise your salary. They keep it on lowest level of Junior income in the location.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight both the positives and challenges you’ve experienced. We’re glad to hear you found opportunities here and had a smooth hiring and staffing process. At the same time, we understand how important fair compensation is, especially when taking on new responsibilities after a promotion. While we aim to keep our salaries competitive and align pay with performance, we recognize there may be gaps in individual cases. If you’re comfortable, we’d encourage you to discuss this directly with your Resource Manager to review your specific situation. If you’d prefer to talk with someone else, our team is also happy to help — just reach out to us at Glassdoor@epam.com . We value your contributions and want to ensure everyone feels fairly recognized for their work. Thank you again for speaking up — it helps us improve.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
