      Pros

      The company does care a lot about engineering staff. Decent benefits and working environment. A great system of resource managers who are responsible for keeping the engineering staff happy. Provide H1-B visas for engineers.

      Cons

      They pay less than average on the US market. Won't care so hard to keep you happy until you're either an engineer or an excellent superstar performer in any other domain (concerns particularly the US market)

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
