      Engineering culture - EPAM thrives on strong Engineering DNA, with excellent engineering strength, continuous learning, excellence engineering process/tool adoption. All round development - with a variety of projects to choose from, and healthy internal process & smart colleagues to work with, EPAM is definitely a good place to build career for engineers. Stong AI focus - EPAM is attempting to become AI first company, with much focus on AI training, adoption and promotion .

      Cons

      As EPAM is attempting to achieve next growth phase, stock is currently undervalued by market.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
