      Pros

      Formateur car permet ensuite de donner des cours particuliers. Apprend la pédagogie et la capacité à restituer et expliquer ce qu'on a appris. Beaucoup de postes ouverts. Permet de s'intégrer à l'équipe professorale (autres TA, post-docs, Pr.) Bien payé.
