      Pros

      The conditions are good, I have an excellent, flexible and trusting boss who is committed to helping his group do excellent work. I have been able to assemble a team of highly capable engineers to perform fun research.

      Cons

      Some of the decisions made by senior management can be frustrating, not always benefiting all the staff.
