      Pros

      Only pro was good money based on district.

      Cons

      This agency sucks. I had a lot of issues with my school, as far as faculty treating us poorly, issues with time sheets, and taking days off.

      Super flexible and easy-going job if you stay at the same place consistently

      Cons

      The pay is entirely dependent on the district so it may be subpar and the hours will be inconsistent just based on the nature of the job
