      Good facilities, infrastructure, attitude and work life was good. Colleagues was good and supportive. The incentives and other bonuses was also good.

      Cons

      Low opportunities for growth. The pay scale was low when compared to other similar firms with similar job characteristics. not satisfied with employee appraisal

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
