      Good compnay to start with...nurishes their employees well. good training programms...one can stay for a longer period than some other BPOs.

      Cons

      Nothing for experience holders...people can stay longer but without getting promotions...and ofcourse good salaries.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
