      They take care of the employees and the transportation was safe at that point of time. It is a no stress job and you have fixed office timings unlike some other offices where the office timings do not remain fixed

      Cons

      Night shifts compulsory which does not suit everyone

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
