Good to start with. Graduates with commerce background can start their career. Let are profiles like accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing and finance and accounts. One can chose depending upon his or her interest.
Cons
It pays less salary compared to its peer. I advise the management to revise the salary structure which might help in retaining good candidates.
