      Great Culture, everyone is very supportive on your team. Product team are amazing and passion about what they do here. Executives are super friendly and helpful! Lots of fun people in this company.

      Scale up just like any other startup. However, everyone is being positive and passion about what we do here.

      Pros

      I joined the company as a Backend Software Engineer. Overall, I'd say the company had several strengths. The initial offer was competitive, and the role provided a strong foundation for developing my interpersonal skills. Working professionally means regularly collaborating with a wide range of personalities and navigating competing deadlines. Learned how to work well with others, regulate emotions and developed emotional distance between me and my work (matured as a professional a lot). I found that as long as deliverables were met, the work environment remained stable.

      Cons

      There was considerable turnover on the engineering team, which I understood to be related in part to concerns about the tech stack and the company's overall direction.
