Pros

Good benefits, great teammates, most of them are professional and compromised.

Cons

The organization operates with a highly CEO-centric decision-making structure, which can limit team efficiency and contribute to unnecessary pressure. Design leadership is not sufficiently empowered to advocate for ICs or to establish clear, scalable processes, even when team members bring significant experience from leading companies. At times, abrupt changes in company policies and handling of employee departures have raised concerns, particularly when influenced by the personal agendas of certain country leaders, creating instability and impacting overall trust.

Pros

Benefits are 4/5! Just the standard in tech but not exceptional. Great and talented people working mid-level and entry-level roles at the company.

Cons

Top leaders tend to be highly political and biased. The organizational structure is strongly rooted in connections and often feels like a family business, if you’re not “family,” you’re disposable. Promotions are slow, and there is a lack of transparency around career growth, which has led to the loss of strong talent. !! Customers do not come first.
