      Pros

      Being a GA helped me to cover my tuition expenses which was very helpful. I was able to accommodate my working hours to my class schedule.

      Cons

      You get a maximum of hours per semester and you can't change it.

      Pros

      - Really good Work/Life/School balance - Company treats employees/ managers very well - Workplace environment is great

      Cons

      - Pay is a little lower than I'd like but considering it's an on-campus job it's really not bad. - If you don't like being hands on and working directly with event techs, then this isnt for you, but I love it, so it's really not a con.
