      none.this is a shocking company with no drive for their employeea

      management did not train me properly and i ended up walking out due to the customers demanding jobs i wasnt trained for or had any competence in. managers anwser to this is pretend u know .

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
