Pros

Easy job, free snacks, discounts on product.

Cons

No feedback from leadership. ZERO leadership presence on the floor. Zero gratification from the actual work. Your basically an operator taking messages and orders all day. Mind numbingly boring job that makes time seemingly go backwards. You are forced to go to the downtown location half of your first 2 days and have to pay for parking to be shown something that should easily be done at the home location.

A job and make some money

Cons

Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
