      Company car, and credit card, autonomy

      Cons

      It's a very male driven corporate culture. Women in the field (institutional division) are treated like novelties. They tried to institute a more inclusive culture by hiring a consulting firm, but failed miserably in the process. The local management team was very clicky and petty.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
