      Pros

      Overall, company performance is very stable and predictable. If you can find the right group and the right manager, it is a growing company.

      Cons

      Career growth is highly dependent on your manager's approval. Extremely relationship-based on who gets promoted and assigned projects. Management has very little diversity. Divisions operate in silos with minimal coordination. No work-life balance!

      Pros

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
