      Pros

      Easily accessible to the major highways, close to home, large corporation that offers growth potential.

      Cons

      ZERO training provided. Staff had no time to train me, forgot they hired me & my start date. Gave me an outdated manual to try and follow. I quickly decided I needed to look for new employment and not waste my time nor the companies. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good fit.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
