      Pros

      Ecolab offers a pretty good benefits package. Although upper management has been getting worse and worse, district managers remain good.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. The company will hire outside applicants for management position before internal candidates.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
