Pros
* Company provided vehicle that goes home with you and a gas card * Decent benefits package
Cons
* Work/Life balance?? Almost non existent * Long days (12+ hours) not even including drive time (which can be up to 2 hours) * Vacations are not really vacations as you must complete ALL the same work (plus new customers) and you have less time to do it * Bonuses are achieved only by meeting sales numbers & schedule numbers BUT managers dictate your schedule based on "customer needs" ; which is an excuse not to pay bonuses * Weekends are a pain specifically because as customers can call at anytime of the day as opposed to M-F when its only a set time frame * Safety is preached but never practiced when it comes to employees personal safety; if they really wanted safe, they would allow employees some rest & proper time off
