      Pros

      Offered flex time, but don't dare walk in two minutes past your start time for ANY reason!

      Cons

      Management is very arrogant and down right rude. They actually have BIG people that watch others clock in and out time. It's very odd at best. Their idea of training is via email in the water and energy department. Very bureaucratic. Everyone is too busy to properly orient and acclimate a new comer to the environment.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
