      Pros

      I cant think of any pro's working for Ecolab. I just think of all the weekends I drove 900 miles to repair others people problems left for the weekend coverage guy.

      Cons

      Long hours and no time off. You work 24/7 with zero help. Its sucks.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
