when i came into this company their focus was hiring the best AE's they could get, experience was a must and they paid you for how hard you worked. A couple years later they now give a small salary with not a lot of opportunity for additional dollars if you have a mature territory your stuck financially. They are hiring AE's without any outside sales experience! They have become a marketing and finance drive company with huge control by human resources. Most reps share recruiter/job information
