The culture of the company - reminds me of what HP was back in the day with a foundation of trust and respect across teams and functions. Everyone is eager to collaborate and help and there are not the hard silos you find in many orgs yet you also don't find excessive micromanagement. The company also tries to promote from within and takes development and professional growth very seriously. The culture is strong - lots of people have been around for years if not decades.

Collaboration takes time and sometimes it is necessary to build consensus before moving forward. There is also little to no tolerance for the "brilliant jerk" type.

If you are in the circle of older employee's you can do whatever you want. If you came from the industry, or you have friends who work here in leadership you have it made. Otherwise, you may want to reconsider your future and the fact that is lies elsewhere.

Favortism, Lies, Deceit, Poor Treatment, and the Leadership team has to one of the worst I have ever seen. There are favorites from the industries that ER supports, and everyone else. It is a company motivated, and built on a foundation of misleading direction, lack of credit for your accomplishments, poor retention, and leaders who only care about themselves which starts at the very top (CEO). The middle layer of management is so spineless the won't stand up, or defend their own decisions much less those you make with them. If you came here to use your intelligence, or to gain experience, you may find other company's far more impressive. The CEO is a two-faced liar, and the leaders that work for him continually feed you their lies, while they take credit, and ultimately make sure they get where they feel they need to go, you do not matter, and never will. Skill building and training are absent, especially with a highly technical product.
