      Got paid for time spent listening to CEO's hours-long incoherent rants

      Cons

      -All employees were forced to leave 5 star reviews on Google and Glassdoor -Was often directly told to lie to clients -No real organizational structure, rarely received clear directions -CEO would often hire unstable strangers he met at motivational speaker conferences then fire them within a few months -CEO would go on 5-hour long rants about pseudoscience and conspiracy theories, is clearly not stable enough to run a company -In general, often felt like I was being manipulated by the CEO

      I worked at the NGIC facility for EOR, I worked as a Senior Intelligence Analyst, the Deputy Program Manager provided me with OJT on-site and the opportunity to travel around the world, working in exciting places and helping to save lives. I have been provided opportunities to learn about proposal management, business development and working for multiple agencies since I left Charlottesville. EOR has provided me consistent opportunities to grow into a better professional, diversify my skills and improve my salary each year :-)

      Cons

      You get out of EOR, what you put into it. Some of the contracts span the entire world, making it hard for everyone to really get to know each other face to face, but overall, my interactions with the company have been very positive and were definitely improved when I decided to invest time and make it a priority in my life.
