      Pros

      Great benefits, good people, innovative, supportive, no micromanagement, plenty of freedom to get work completed.

      Cons

      Poor decisions with upper management, poor financial management, bad investments, wasteful with funds, high stress looking over your shoulders not knowing who is next to get let go because of the bad financial management, and low management does not have any say on what is needed. Decisions are trickle down, but the meat and bones of the company is the front line and they can go unheard.

      Pros

      Good products and good mission to cure cancer. It used to have good work-life balance, good working culture but not anymore.

      Cons

      Constant re-orgs and lay off for cost cutting. No direction for the company on the senior management side. Current employees are in fear when they'd hit next. The company does not have bonus or RSUs, nor the most competetive salary, the only good part was work culture and stability and now thats also gone. Why would anyone join the company?
