      Pros

      There are two excellent reasons to work at Elekta; the mission and the people.

      Cons

      No incentive system - no stock, bonuses or other monetary incentive systems. In the past it was pretty tolerant of hybrid or full remote work but that is changing. Somewhat nonsensical and unclear direction from leadership, which doesn't seem to understand the value of its people.

      Pros

      Good products and good mission to cure cancer. It used to have good work-life balance, good working culture but not anymore.

      Cons

      Constant re-orgs and lay off for cost cutting. No direction for the company on the senior management side. Current employees are in fear when they'd hit next. The company does not have bonus or RSUs, nor the most competetive salary, the only good part was work culture and stability and now thats also gone. Why would anyone join the company?
