Pros

super flexible with schedules, lots of opportunity, policies are up to date and reasonable

Cons

pay raise scale is a little wacky, .25 raise after 90 days, another .25 raise after 180 day, .50 raise after 1 yr and so on. basically only make 1.50 raise after 3 years with company.

Pros

Good base salary, a lot of resources, and other BDMs are very supportive and willing to help new BDMs

Cons

So much of your success depends on the Operations and Recruiting team. You can do your job and get the sale, but if your recruitment team does not do a good job filling the orders or they have a lot of turnover, all of your hard work is for nothing basically. In my experience leadership for whatever reason will do the bare minimum to address issues with the recruiters and you will likely not have a meaningful solution to the problem.
