The team you work in and the manager you work for will have a big impact on your daily work life however the company culture is not great in spite of their aims. They believe in very hard work for the money they pay which is as little as they can get away with, which can be demoralising. Individual managers can be good in their own right, however leadership at the top lack interest in their people except as a means to an end, and this shows in their turnover figures and morale.
