      Pros

      Fairly autonomous work, great if you are capable of working completely independent. Plenty of overtime available.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, hazardous working conditions, performance focused with little regard for the employees, unwilling to remedy underlying issues, culture is obscene, very little in terms of supportive management - many of wish do the bare minimum. Zero opportunity for growth. Very reactive.

      Great team where I was working, we would all work together to get the most done each shift the correct way.

      Cons

      Machine and other equipment broke a lot, only one person in an area could take a vacation day at a time.
