      To be quiet honest not a lot at all.

      Cons

      Diluational management. I have worked within the manufacturing sector for many years. Whilst the product is very good the way the company is run is just shambolic. I really would think long and hard about joing an organisation like this.

      All the pros have been taken away

      Cons

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
