Pros
Decent pay for area. Good medical coverage. Most co-workers were fun and entertaining.
Cons
Management, HR, lots of false information. I was offered a 4 day 10 hour shift. New to manufacturing business so did not realize that it was actually 5 days at 10 hours and 1 day at 8. Also was not advised that layoffs happen frequently once company is caught up in orders.
