Pros

Great initial technology, Enterprise Tag Management, with a compelling future. Good flexibility in working (remote, local), and good appreciation for teamwork.

Cons

Ensighten is slowly (or quickly) falling behind and falling apart. There is little to no cohesion between company strategy and day-to-day execution. The CEO has a keen vision on what to build, but does not know how to focus resources and align teams to achieve the vision. As a result, there is a tremendous amount of thrashing about, wasted cycles, and uncoordinated projects. Teams are generally well-intentioned, but there is no clear path to delivering completed products. Many projects get to 80% done, and then attention focuses elsewhere, resulting in a number of projects that never cross the finish line. It is a similar story for IT, HR (salary adjustments take months of discussion), hiring, etc. Everything just seems to take longer than it needs, and go around in circles. Pay is reasonable for a startup, but the future allure of options is fading.

Cons are a matter of perspective. From mine, the cons are not enough to mention.
