      Pros

      Overall work culture is good. Day to Day work life is good, colleagues are collaborative. Leadership is both collaborative and hierarchical. Good for the fresh graduates. Good 401k match %.

      Cons

      Salary perks are on the low end, not competing with the market. I didn't see any promotion criteria even though goals were met.
