Pros
I am happy with our department's director. The salary and paid time off are good, not to mention the cookouts, they are amazing. Flexibility in working schedule makes the "work/life balance" an easy experience. You can work from home in some occasions like in bad weather for example. A lot of friendly and professional employees in a professional environment. You can wear jeans everyday if you like and every employee gets a company laptop.
Cons
In a chemical plant like this one some people don't take safety seriously. also, the building it's too small for the type of work that it's currently done. Hourly employees must clock in and out and have different PTO benefits than non-hourly employees. Sharing a cubicle with more than one person is a bad experience.
