Pros
Site has pockets of great people that embraces the company’s core values. At times very solution focus and fosters innovation, teamwork and out of the box solutions. Employees leave/terminated so much there is always opportunities for growth.
Cons
The most immature leadership team I have ever seen. Senior site leaders lack accountability and shift blame to other departments constantly. BCC emails, closed door trash talk conversations and “Gotcha” moments in leadership meetings are common place here. I approached the HR “Manager” with culture concerns and heard feedback like “You need to learn how to play the game.” No standardized training at any level. In four years there has been three different Site Directors. 50% of the site leaders has either left or been terminated in the last 90 days.
