      Pros

      Lots of project work , so you can jump around if you like that. Rewards for upskilling and participating in culture events. Lots of Upskilling provided , such as knowledge shares , online platform for learning. Growth is heavily focused on and the company truly aims to make you thrive in whatever field you are interested in.

      Cons

      Sometimes the Entelect responsibilities along with those from the Client can become a bit exhausting, but the benefits make it worth it
