Pros
flexiplace, hours, etc..but almost all fed gov jobs these days offer work at home and flexible schedules
Cons
Senior managers there too long, advancement involves being in social clubs, supervisors play favorites, Hires family members and friends of their family, they find a way around the red tape of nepotism. Really no chance of advancement unless you know someone The IG needs to investigate the place, Bad hiring practices.
