Poor management and no resources - Attorney Environmental Protection Agency Employee Review

You're more often working with companies to minimize the amount they pollute, not preventing pollution as the ideal. Terrible managers and multiple layers of them. I have 4 layers of management before someone can make a decision. No resources for training.
